Information Technologist - Application Developer

The Missouri Ethics Commission (MEC) is seeking an entry level applications developer with skills in .NET programming. Responsibilities include development of new applications, maintenance of existing applications, modification of data management applications, testing, problem resolution, and customer support. The ideal candidate will possess the technical skills required to develop server based applications utilizing Visual Studio and a combination of technologies that may include but are not limited to following: ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services, and Microsoft SQL. You must be organized, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a self-starter and problem solver who has the ability to work on a team with multiple developers and also the desire to continually develop new skills.

The Missouri Ethics Commission is a non-merit agency. Position receives State benefits including health care, retirement, and vacation. The salary range for this position begins at $37,920 annually; however, actual starting salary commensurate with applicable experience and education. This position will be open until filled.
