General Description The Deputy Commissioner of the Office of Linear Infrastructure Operations (OLIO) reports to and is responsible for supporting the Commissioner in the implementation of the Department of Watershed Management’s vision, mission, core values and strategic business plans including providing annual updates to a Service Delivery strategy, the Department’s Strategic Asset Management Plan as well as short and long-term linear infrastructure capital improvement needs.
