This position works directly with the AVP for Human Resources in the collection, organization, presentation and review of sensitive and confidential data on a wide range of matters, including but not limited to staff and MPP actions, labor issues, investigations, litigation strategies, settlements and/or resolutions of claims; and other related personnel matters. 40% Program Support - Assists with implementation of DHR program by monitoring and tracking communications, investigations, deadlines for responses, and overall program compliance indicators. 40% Reporting and Research - Initiates, reviews, writes and edits correspondence and reports, as well as conducts analysis of applicable policies and procedures. 15% Provides confidential administrative support to the AVP for Human Resources. 5% Other duties as assigned.
