Qualified candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in accounting, finance, public administration, business administration, or a related field along with seven (7) years of increasingly responsible finance and accounting experience that includes the management and investment of funds, including four (4) years in administrative and supervisory responsibility. Financial management and investment experience in a governmental agency is preferred but not required; a Master’s degree is highly desirable. Candidates must have possession of a valid California Class C driver's license.
The annual salary range for the Finance Director is $148,033.60 - $199,056.00; placement within this range is dependent on qualifications and experience.
