Position Description
Provides project management including adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Plans, schedules or coordinates projects activities to meet deadlines. Monitors project compliance. Coordinates the overall integration of the project. Supervises and directs project personnel; assigns duties and responsibilities.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Supervise community health worker(s) and assure all staff maintain quality of standards
  • Assess project staffing needs; assist with hiring and train any/all new staff
  • Manage project development and implementation
  • Manage primary data collection, assist int he development of study-related databases
  • Coordinate and supervise daily project activities
  • Coordinate post-award management, including budget monitoring, compliance, reporting, and preparing progress reports
  • Assist with writing and editing of proposals and manuscripts
  • Maintain compliance standards (CITI, HIPPA, etc.)
  • Design, implement, lead, and participate in community events for awareness and participant recruitment
  • Provide employee and programmatic updates to PI on a regularly scheduled basis
  • Monitor and track project milestones; manage ongoing timeline for milestones
  • Establish community partnerships and maintain rapport with established partners
  • Manage participant navigation through the program to bring all program participants into compliance for recommended screening
  • Performs additional duties as assigned


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years.
