Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistant will coordinate administrative activities for the Family Focus Resource Center. These include general office duties, accounts payable, creating documents and reports, expense reports, ordering supplies, event planning, and projects as assigned. This position is part-time (16 hours) and in office. Knowledge and skills required include general office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Zoom. Occasional evening or weekend events required (reimbursed travel).

Administrative Functions:

These tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Monitor general email boxes and responding to inquiries
  • Accounts payable - orders office supplies
  • Orders and distributes outreach materials and supplies to each of our offices
  • -Creates reports and documents as directed
  • General staff communications and note taking Event Planning
  • Point of contact for campus departments for events, insurance
  • Make reservations, order food
  • Research and contact vendors, service providers for special events

  • These tasks include but are not limited to attending staff meetings and trainings as assigned.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).

The anticipated hiring range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Full Pay range: $16.85 - $20.68/hour

Time Base: Part-time
