Position DescriptionPerforms routine and moderately difficult clerical duties of a specialized nature, which may be performed in a variety of University settings. Responsibilities may include basic bookkeeping, data coding, filing, sorting, posting, verifying, recording, typing, and word processing. Work is performed under close supervision within established policies and procedures with job performance based upon tasks completed.
Major/Essential Functions- Verify and audit School of Pharmacy students records to ensure accuracy for state and federal reporting
- Process Oath of Residencies, registration changes, and graduation procedures for schools as needed with an emphasis on School of Pharmacy
- Monitor and distribute incoming Registrar emails
- Scanning and indexing documents into Xtender
- Process incoming mail and mail out transcript requests.
- Answer department of Registrar main phone number
- Serve as the main contact for processing electronic transcripts to include, but not limited to, SPEEDE, WES, JST and Parchment
- Responsible for temp file processing which includes scanning/indexing documents into the electronic temp file and maintaining the accuracy of the file.
- Assist with enrollment verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse website
- Serve as main contact and primary respondent to incoming student traffic and requests.
- Assist Registrar staff as needed with various projects
Required QualificationsProficiency in written and mathematical processes as may be reflected by the completion of high school or the equivalent.
