Salary range: $107,000 - $115,000
Advises the Sr. Director of Parking & Ground Transportation and provides extensive knowledge and recommendations on Parking and Ground Transportation Operational Management and Contractor Oversight. This is a professional position requiring experience in the areas of Business Administration; Parking & Ground Transportation; Customer Service and Operational Management.
The Assistant Director implements operating policies and procedures, plans, and manages budgets, directs operations, develops leadership and technical talent, develops and implements capital projects, and monitors and measures performance of the operations of the Department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business/Fiscal Management or related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience at the mid-manager level in parking management/ operating or ground transportation industries.
- 3+ years of direct people/teams management experience
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Requirements (separate from minimum requirements and not required to qualify for the job)
- Advanced degree preferred
- 2 years of airport management experience
