Position DescriptionProvides project management including adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Plans, schedules or coordinates projects activities to meet deadlines. Monitors project compliance. Coordinates the overall integration of the project. Supervises and directs project personnel; assigns duties and responsibilities.
Major/Essential Functions- Responsible for the design and development of project documents and plans as assigned by the director. Includes project request documents, scope documents, and other documentation.
- Uses project management standards, resources, and available tools to ensure projects are managed, and are moving toward completion. Also ensures project reporting is up-to-date, for internal and external audit/review.
- Always acts to further projects statuses to completion. Collaborates with others as necessary to remove barriers to execution.
- For certain assigned projects, will participate in the maintenance and management of clinical/business strategies that result from project completion.
- In support of the department and director, will act as the administrative associate for job duties and tasks that support the departments operations.
- From time-to-time will act as the departmental manager in the absence of the director. These periods of management proxy will be assigned by the director.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in the job classification and/or position description.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years.
