Pay Range
$20.80 per hour
Hours
  • Days, nights, weekends and holidays shifts will vary based on event schedule and business needs.
  • There are no guaranteed shifts or hours.
  • Employees will work as needed, based on when there is a business need.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with customer service and working in a team dynamic.
  • Experience resolving issues with parking and ticketing affairs.
  • Experience with cash handling.
  • Experience working a cash register, credit card readers and/or end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Experience handling confidential materials/documents.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
Collects payments by accepting cash, making change for cash customers. Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

  • Ability to handle a high-volume of customers.
  • Skill in providing customer service.
