Description
The Nevada Supreme Court is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to lead and
oversee various IT projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial
requirements definition through to deployment, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within
scope and budget. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive
project success and deliver high-quality software platforms.
Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Leadership: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including
identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including
risk mitigation strategies.
2. Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain
within scope, on schedule, and within defined budgets, working collaboratively with project staff
from various functional departments.
3. Progress Analysis: Analyze project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs as necessary
to ensure the project team adheres to project requirements and deadlines.
4. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client
stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes, and ensuring clear
communication throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Team Development: Coach and educate project teams to strengthen team members'
capabilities and skill sets, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional
development.
