Duties and Responsibilities:

The VITA Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting and collaborating with the Director and Coordinators of the VITA program in order to ensure smooth daily operations of the program. Duties and responsibilities include processing payments, the hiring of staff, and coordinating outreach activities as well as completing other duties as assigned.

  • Reviews and process invoice for payments
  • Assists in the recruiting and hiring of staff
  • Coordinates outreach activities of the Bookstein Institute for Higher Education in Taxation


Knowledge, Specialized Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent oral, written, and client service skills
  • Able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus
  • Proficiency of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong technological skills


Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).

The anticipated hiring range: $32.00/hr - $34.50/hr

Full Pay range: $32.00/hr - $34.50/hr

Time Base: Part-Time up to 10 hours/week
