Duties and Responsibilities:

Working under the direction of the Principal Investigator and Director, the Coordinator has primary responsibility for the Community Navigator program. including daily contacts with Navigators, parents, professionals, conduct educational workshops and events, manage data and track program objectives. This position is full time (from 30 hours per week) with occasional evening or weekend hours. Skills required include knowledge of Regional Center and related services, disability related issues. Contacts with parents and professionals via phone, Zoom, face to face, email
  • Planning and conducting workshops, trainings and events
  • Support groups, outreach and community events
  • Staff or team meetings, CNP Lead meetings, Advisory Board meetings, data management and contributing to reports
  • Professional development


Knowledge, Specialized Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of Regional Center and related services
  • Knowledge of measuring outcomes, qualitative and quantitative data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to follow through and complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Technical skills (PC, email, Zoom)
  • BA or advanced degree desirable
  • Parent of child with special needs desirable.
  • Bilingual desirable.
  • Occasional local travel in the community required (reimbursed).


Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).

The anticipated hiring range: $22/hr - $23/hr

Full Pay range: $22/hr - $23/hr

Time Base: Full-time

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403 (b), Life, AD&D, Flex Spending
