TimeAM hours (8am - 12pm) & PM hours (12pm - 5pm)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for supervising, educating and supporting students to help them accomplish learning benchmarks.
- Responsible for planning lessons that target specific skills and concepts.
- Responsible to keep all students engaged in the lesson and provide individual support and feedback to the students.
- Responsible for managing classroom behavior, creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the learning styles of the students.
- Performs related work as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
- Educator's Certificate issued from the State of Florida Department of Education
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a teacher
Preferences
