May be designated to report to work during hazardous weather or emergency conditions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors or Masters of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or other related field; and ten (10) or more years of progressively applicable experience OR any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with assigned supervisors, other County personnel, architects, contractors, engineers, and the public.
