DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Working in a team environment, under the general supervision of the Manager of MEP Services and the Supervising and/or Lead Building Service Engineer and primarily responsible for the following: Responsible to perform general routine and preventative maintenance and repairs of the buildings’ mechanical equipment and associated apparatus including work on the utility infrastructure.
