THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEED.

Nature of Work:

Join our dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences at the Orlando Tennis Centre. As a valued team member, you'll engage with members and guests, handle phone inquiries, manage court reservations, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Embrace a diverse range of tasks, including handling monetary transactions, monitoring inventory, and preparing daily reports.

WORK LOCATION: Orlando Tennis Centre, 649 W Livingston St, Orlando.

WORK SCHEDULE: Nights & Weekends. Hours will vary based on facility needs.

Examples of Duties

Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
Manage court reservations and ensure a well-maintained facility.
Handle various transactions, including cash, check, and credit card payments.
Keep track of inventory and contribute to daily reporting.
Collaborate with a supportive team in a supervised environment.

Minimum Requirements

High school graduate plus one (1) year cashiering and customer service experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Some knowledge of tennis is preferred. Florida driver license required. Must pass polygraph examination.

VALID DRIVER LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. VALID FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
  • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
  • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
  • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
  • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree
