Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Director of University Housing performs duties under the general supervision and takes work lead direction from the Assistant Director for Residential Accounts and Financial Services works independently to maintain administrative and financial aspects of resident accounts, including resident advising on licensing, and financial matters related to housing debts and other SJSU debts when applicable.
