The selected candidate will conduct daily activities for residents with physical, mental and cognitive disabilities according to established treatment objectives; instruct and guide residents in the completion of activities or exercise; observe residents' behavior and physical condition; and provides materials for sensory, mental, social and spiritual interventions. The incumbent will monitor resident performance during treatment; monitor attendance and activity tolerances and provide detailed documentation regarding residents' care plan; and assists in resident outings which include special adaptations per resident's needs.
