Works extended hours, weekends, and evenings to support OREP programs and services. Three (3) years leading a team of student service professionals in outreach and recruitment programs. Salary and Benefits PLEASE NOTE: The starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $70,000 per year to $85,000 per year. This position is a Management Personnel Plan (MPP) position in the CSU, and serves at the pleasure of the President. About the Position The Manager of Stewardship & Prospect Research reports to the Associate Vice President of Development and will work directly with Advancement Services, Development, Alumni & Constituent Engagement, and the Communications & Marketing teams in Advancement Services Department.
