Position Summary Under general supervision of the Military and Veterans Program (MVP) Director, the Primary School Certifying Official - Education Benefits Advisor (PSCO-EBA) serves as the MVP main point of contact for the DoD’s Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) enabling the university to support active military service members to use Tuition Assistance (TA) funding.
