Reviews and analyzes data, including metrics and performance information for tasks and projects. Approves and manages contract scope with consultants or contractors. Supervises, develops, trains, and evaluates performance of team members. Mentors project team members to ensure an efficient, self-managed team. Provides overall direction for team activities to support project execution. Provides all pertinent training and education needs to ensure team member development and availability of skills for project execution. Represents SAWS with regulatory agencies, professional organizations, peer utilities, contractors, consultants, and vendors; establishes and maintains effective relationships with all SAWS stakeholders.
