Job Summary: Under the leadership of the Director of Outreach & Student Recruitment, in addition to guidance from the Senior Coordinator of Events & Visitor Services, the Special Programs Event Planner organizes and executes completion of broader and more complex departmental events to serve prospective and in-coming students and families, and community and campus partners. In coordination with campus partners, the Special Programs Event Planner plans and conducts marketing and promotional initiatives to engage prospective and incoming students and visitors and encourage event attendance.
