Position Summary Under supervision of the College IT Lead, the IT Support Analyst will serve within the College of Health and Human Services as part of the IT Services and Support team. The Analyst will be responsible for IT support, user consultation, and guiding purchases of hardware and software. This position will focus on support for the faculty and staff within the School of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences and the School of Physical Therapy. Position Summary Under supervision of the College IT Lead, the IT Support Analyst will serve within the College of Health and Human Services as part of the IT Services and Support team. The Analyst will be responsible for IT support, user consultation, and guiding purchases of hardware and software. This position will focus on support for the faculty and staff within the School of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences and the School of Physical Therapy. This position will also assist in college (CHHS) and (when needed) campus wide initiatives around IT security mandates, inventory management of computing equipment and ad-hoc initiatives to streamline and improve technology processes.
