This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting Services, State Data Center (SDC).

- Coordinate projects with team members and customers relating to system maintenance, implementation of new systems, or system enhancements.
- Support internal and external users Perform system updates, validate that systems are patched and up to date, and ensure that all systems meet all security standards and requirements.
- Monitor Windows servers for performance issues and stability concerns.
- Responsible for researching and evaluating new tools and solutions as requested.
- Responds to emergency situations as needed, during and after normal business hours, to identify, assess, and mitigate critical operational issues.
- Self-motivated/directed to handle multiple tasks and projects with minimal direction.
- Monitor Windows servers for performance issues and stability concerns.
- Troubleshoot system and application issues.
- Schedule and coordinate complex tasks with team members and between teams.
- Take leadership responsibility and solve problems that impact our business needs.

- Knowledge of Windows OS.
- Knowledge of Linux OS.
- Knowledge of Network Infrastructure.
- TCP/IP, and Network Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Load Balancer, Reverse Proxies.
