Job Summary

Performs professional-level work involving planning, directing, and coordinating data management and reporting for the Division. Responsible for developing collection methods and tracking, analyzing, and reporting on data related to the Homeless Intervention Unit and CRA initiatives . Collaborates with the City of Orlando’s IT department to enable tracking mechanisms and managing data for procedural justice programs. Manages the Department’s open data initiative. Work is performed under the direction of the Homeless Intervention Unit.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field and three (3) years experience reporting/analyzing data using Structured Query Language (SQL) systems with two (2) years lead work experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Driver's License from any state required. Valid Florida Driver's License required within thirty (30) days of hire. Must pass police background investigation which includes polygraph examination. Prior experience with law enforcement CAD systems and Crime Analysis experience a plus.
