What you will do: - Assist in quickly and accurately preparing files for the staff or uploading them into our content management database.
- Assist in scanning paper documents in the Division’s imaging systems.
- Assist in document processing and data entry on incoming documents.
- Assist in preparing outgoing documents for mailing.
All you need for success: Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Attributes - Intermediate experience in using Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.
- Desire to exercise independent judgement and initiative within established policies and procedures.
- Ability to be highly motivated and work as part of a diverse team.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications/systems.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.
