Administrative Support Professional - Financial Services Bureau

Department of Revenue

Annual Salary: $40,000 - $48,000

Location: 301 W. High Street, Jefferson City, MO

HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

This position is a technical accounting position responsible for the transfers of monies throughout the department using the SAMII system, as well as the purchasing of necessary supplies. Team members in this position will also complete and review child support reconciliations and monthly telecom invoices.

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

This description may not include all the duties, knowledge, skills, or abilities associated with this title.

  • Complete daily, weekly, and/or monthly child support reconciliations
  • Transfer monies throughout the department using SAMII
  • Review monthly telecom invoices
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment needed for the department
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience or,
  • 4-6 years’ experience in accounting, governmental accounting, or closely related work
  • Preferred knowledge of SAMII and MissouriBUYS
