Job Description and DutiesUnder the direction of the Infrastructure and Operations Supervisor, and Information Technology Manager 1, the Information Technology Specialist 1 serves as lead network specialist for enterprise networks; independently plans, organizes, and leads the activities of staff responsible for the study, acquisition, design, build, test, implementation, maintenance, and support of the CCC’s complex networking infrastructure, as well as install network hardware at various centers located throughout the state of California.

Working ConditionsThe Incumbent will be primarily working in an office based environment, but will also include travel via automobile and commercial flight to CCC’s centers located throughout the state. This will involve climbing ladders, using electric tools like drills and screwdrivers, and working in dusty/dirty environments. This may also involve before/after hours work, as well as travel/work on the weekends.
This position is classified as "Hybrid" and is eligible for up to three (3) days of telework per week.
The reporting location for this position is at CCC HQ located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816.
