Job Location: This position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center (BHC), 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137 working in the Office of Human Resources. Scheduled hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off. This position reports to the HR Specialist.

This is a position responsible for paraprofessional human resources related duties. An employee at this level may prepare and review documents, assist in the recruitment process, conduct employee onboarding, and provide information on benefit matters. Some examples of duties may include:
- Process a variety of human resource transactions, including entering data into our system.
- Assist in recruitment activities by posting bids, job opportunities, review applications, background screenings, interviews, attend job fairs and community events, etc.
- Backup and/or conduct onboarding and new employee orientation.
- Prepare employment letters for new hires and other human resource related letters.
- Maintain human resource files and electronic records system.
- Obtain and track licenses for all staff who require a professional license.
- Maintain and update appropriate spreadsheets.
- Perform other related work as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - Two to Four years of experience in Human Resources.
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
