Job Summary

$18 Hourly

Reports To:PKZ Youth Development Coordinator

Schedule:10:00AM - 4:00PM

Location:Grand Avenue Neighborhood Center - 800 Grand Street Orlando, FL 32805. Must have the ability to travel to three other centers in the Kidz Zone as needed.

Principle Responsibilities:Oversee data and supporting document collection and entry of all data deliverables for all Kidz Zone Sites.

Administrative Work

•Register all student data and demographics into ETO Reports for all sites

•Enter Attendance daily for all sites

•Enter Pre/Post Data into ETO Reportsquarterly

•Enter student grades into ETO Reportsquarterly

•Enter standardized test data into EZ Reportsannually

•Enter Surveys into ETO Reports

•Submit all data for Baseline Data deliverable to

•Student data

•Attendance

•Grades

•Demographics

•Family data

•Special Event attendance

•Submit all data for End of Year Datadeliverable

•Summative Report

•Summer Attendance and Demographics

•ETO Supplemental Program Questionnaire

Programmatic Work

•Collaborate with PKZ Youth Development Coordinator to meet all Data Deliverable collection, input and deadlines

•Collaborate with feeder schools to request and collect all student data for deliverable submission.

Requirements

•High school diploma required; associates degree; or bachelor’s degree in business, administration or non-profit preferred but not required

•Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent in related field preferred but not required

•Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - particularly of Excel Spreadsheets

•Proficient in email communication; fast and accurate typist

•Accurate and precise attention to detail

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Excellent time management skills; self-directed and able to work without supervision

•Understands data confidentiality and follows them to the letter

•Learn and become proficient with the EZ Reports online reporting software system

THIS IS A PART_TIME_POSITION WITH NO GUARENTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. THIS POSITION INVOLVES WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEED.

  • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
