This is a limited term 12-month position that may become permanent.

The Communications Outreach Recruitment and Enrollment (CORE) Unit is one of the first stops along the path of that transformation. We initiate outreach to thousands of young adults across the state and then lead them through the enrollment process.

We are looking for an Associate Government Program Analyst (AGPA) to join our CORE team. Below, is key information candidates should consider before applying. The AGPA, Administrative Support Analyst position is based in Sacramento. This position will provide administrative support to the CORE unit and will report to the Enrollment and Eligibility manager.

The AGPA will work in the state’s Fi$Cal System, the CCC’s Fiscal System 2 and excel spreadsheets to track all expenditures and prepare monthly budget analysis reports for CORE management. The AGPA is responsible to follow all state and department procurement policies and procedures. This position is responsible for using CoRe (Corpsmember Recruitment Salesforce system) CRM (customer relationship management) to track engagement with CCC leads, Corpsmember applicants, and stakeholders to analyze and assess applications for eligibility, quality assurance, and recruitment reports for constant and timely engagement for a smooth enrollment process.

A successful AGPA candidate has strong analytical skills, public speaking skills and enjoys working with young adults. This position is anything but monotonous. It is fast and nimble, diverse in duties and deliverables, and makes a daily impact on the lives of young adults seeking to improve themselves and their communities.
