Associate Customer Service Representative - MVDL

Department of Revenue

HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

This position will be a customer service and technical position that will review and process a variety of documents and applications related to motor vehicle and driver licensing transactions. In addition, some positions are located in our call and record centers. These responsibilities involve explaining laws, regulations, and procedures; searching computerized records and files; accurately communicating the requested information to customers either in person or on the telephone; and processing requests concerning all phases of motor vehicle and driver licensing transactions.

Qualifications:

Six or more months of experience in clerical or general office support work; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.

(Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute on a month-for-month basis for the required experience at a rate of three earned credit hours for one month.)
