This position will be located at the St. Louis Regional Office, 7545 S. Lindbergh Blvd., Suite 210, St. Louis, MO 63125.

  • Invoice and bill payment, using a State-issued purchasing card
  • State-issued purchasing card statement reconciliation received from administrative staff
  • Tracking, processing and verifying expense reports submitted by technical staff, management, and administrative staff
  • Document proofing, printing, finalization, and mailing
  • Searching electronic and physical files for documents in compliance with the Missouri Sunshine Law
  • Answering phone calls from the public and routing them to appropriate staff members
  • Assisting other Admin, Technical Staff, and office leadership

  • Principles of Finance: Knowledge of the basic principles, practices, and methods of financial management to include requisitions, apportionments, allotments, investments, fiscal management, activity reporting, and fiscal year guidelines


Equivalent to those typically gained by:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative assistance, purchasing, and/or accounts payable/receivable
