Minimum Qualifications & Position Requirements Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED and two years experience as a certified International Municipal Signals Association (IMSA) Traffic Signal Technician Level I; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of: Methods, materials and equipment used in the installation, maintenance and repair of traffic signal equipment.
