What you will do:

  • Correspond and communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email and in-person discussions.
  • Answer divisional process questions for internal and external stakeholders by serving as the public information resource for the Division 1-800 information line.
  • Process requests, provide return results, and process payments received.
  • Enter, update, and/or retrieve information; develop spreadsheets and databases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and take on new and alternative duties as they arise.
  • Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand Department functions, organization, policies, regulations, and other administrative information and instructions.
