This position is located in the Lewis and Clark State Office Building at 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, Missouri, 65101.

  • Review and process section documents and correspondence. This includes creating, editing, printing, tracking, distributing, scanning, filing, archiving, and mailing of letters, orders, and other internal documents for the section.
  • Use the SharePoint platform to track and review correspondence.
  • Provide coordination and support for the section including scheduling meetings, making reservations, procurement, and team building.
  • Answer and manage section phone calls and provide assistance to water systems and their customers.
  • Utilize and apply the department’s style guide to section templates and coordinate with other branch support staff for consistency.
  • Organize and upload documents to the Electronic Content Management system and the department’s webpage.
  • Cover the Lewis and Clark State Office Building reception desk as needed.
  • Cover the Water Protection Program phone and distribute mail as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Equivalent to those typically gained by:

  • Possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency.
  • 1-3 years in administrative office work or other relevant experience.
