Nature of Work:

Performs professional-level tasks involving the planning, coordination, and management of the Division's Asset and Data Management team. This includes administering the Division's CMMS software, asset database, and additional asset management software. The role is responsible for developing and implementing asset management processes and procedures to support informed decision-making and maximize asset lifespan. It involves collecting data generated by the division and using it to create insightful reports that improve departmental decision-making and operational efficiencies. The role also includes supervising and managing the research and implementation of business process improvements to enhance overall divisional effectiveness. This position operates under the general guidance of the Business Operations Manager, with autonomy to take initiative and make judgments. Performance is assessed through meetings, reports, and achieved results.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience generating reports and analyzing data using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software, SQL coding experience or experience with database administration/management including two (2) years in a lead or supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Drivers License needs to be presented at time of interview!!
