They are also expected to serve as the HR Liaison and prepare personnel documents related to new hires, evaluations, promotions, and other human resources paperwork. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining the Divisions forms, which includes updating language per staff instructions, publishing on the Division's SharePoint site, and archiving previous form versions. The incumbent is also responsible for various document preparation activities such as formatting and correcting spelling and grammar on all correspondence which includes, but not limited to Memos, Letters, Legal Documents. Additionally, they will also be preparing excel spreadsheets for meetings, scanning documents for electronic files and distribution, processing sensitive personnel documents. The incumbent is expected to be able to prioritize multiple assignments from various Division staff and schedule tasks to meet deadlines. They will also be expected to schedule and attend internal and external meetings, prepare agenda items, transcribe and distribute the meeting's minutes or summaries. This is also a supervisory position, and the incumbent is expected to supervise staff performance, provide training, delegate assignments, and perform evaluations.
