Organizes and manages City hosted events including planning, marketing, identifying and securing location, supplies, activities, facilitating set-up and clean-up, providing on-site management, scheduling, and directing staff and volunteers. Determines appropriate work methods and practices, and assists in developing and maintaining application, reservation, and permitting software, including CIVIC Plus, CIVIC Rec, and Onbase. Develop and implement a strategic plan for balancing COK internal events vs contracted events. Be active in the development and implementation of department revenue projections and expectations.
