OHA provides housing for over 8,500 students in 25 communities with over 2 million sq. ft. of residential facilities. The OHA manages the operation of residence halls, apartments, and conference and event spaces. Some positions may require a knowledge of business mathematics beyond basic arithmetic. The ability to use and quickly learn new office support technology systems and software packages is also a prerequisite. These entry qualifications would normally be obtained through a high school program, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents combined with several years of related office work experience. Licenses and/or Certifications Valid California Driver’s License or have the ability to obtain one within 10 days of hire.
