NATURE OF WORK:

Responsible for the ongoing functional areas, administration, development, training and support of Workday. Gathers requirements, solves issues, and develops and executes new enhancements. Supports both Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials functions. Work is performed under the general direction of the Workday Administrator and reviewed through discussions and reports submitted.

Some key responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Workday semi annual release management
    • Lead system testing process
    • Identify, configure and support process to deploy new features
    • Lead change management activities
Develop and enhance Reports and DashboardsConduct training and communications:
  • Job guides
  • Announcements
  • Employee and supervisor training
  • Functional liaison sessions
  • Workday requests
Monitor and maintain:
  • System alerts
  • Scheduled processes
  • Workday assistant tool

Minimum Starting Salary:
  • Workday Functional Analyst I: $28.86 to $36.79 per hour, depending on qualifications
  • Workday Functional Analyst II: $30.67 to $39.11, per hour, depending on qualifications


Minimum Requirements

Workday Functional Analyst I: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Information Systems, HRIS, or related field required and two years of experience working with Human Capital Management Systems and/or Financial Systems required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida driver's license required at time of employment. Preference for experience with Workday, Human Resource and Financial systems, project management, and design and development of new reports including calculated fields experience.

Workday Functional Analyst II: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Information Systems, HRIS, or related field required and four years of experience working with Human Capital Management Systems and/or Financial Systems required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida driver's license required at time of employment. Workday system experience is required. Preference for functional experience with Human Resource and Financial systems, project management, and design and development of new reports including calculated fields experience.

VALID DRIVER LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. VALID FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.
