MoDOT is seeking highly motivated students to fill College Employment Training (CET) positions which give students the chance to use current classroom knowledge and gain hands-on experience in their field of study. For more information about this program, check out the
College Employment Training Program .Positions are available statewide for students majoring in programs, such as: Engineering, Design, Skilled Craft, Construction and Materials, Information Technology, and Business related fields.
As a CET student, you:
- Work part-time (20 hours week) OR up to a full-time schedule.
- Are paid a competitive salary.

Please submit your resume and transcripts to apply to the CET Program. You will be contacted by the CET coordinator to review your information. To be eligible, you must:
- Have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Be enrolled and pursuing a two-year degree in a STEM-related field or four-year degree in a STEM-related, or business-related field.
- Be enrolled full time at a public funded Missouri college or university.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Meet MoDOT's hiring requirements and minimum qualifications for available MoDOT's related technical positions.
