The MHC provides counseling, case management, direct clinical services, and behavioral and human services to youth. Incumbents review youth charts, complete assessments, prepare treatment plans, discuss youth treatment at case staffing, make case presentations, conduct individual and standardized assessments, integrate and analyze information from all available sources; document quality of care and ensure information is available to other members of the treatment team by completing required forms; report and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with established laws, regulations, policies and standards of care. This is a full-time position with an anticipated work schedule of 11:00am-7:00pm, Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday that includes a variable work agreement with overtime after 40 hours per week.
