Description:

TheTrainingServicesCoordinatoris responsible for presenting, developing, and coordinating training activities. Duties include conducting needs assessment, developing technical and soft skills training,researchingand assessing criteria and tools for training, completing pre- and post-assessment of training, training staff and customers.

This position operates on our four-day work week (Monday-Thursday). This position is hybrid, with remote work and in-office work as needed.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $65,097.36 - $70,097.36 USD Annual

Total Base Pay Range: 54,978.32 - 70,097.36- 85,216.40 USD Annually

Compensation will be determined based on education, experience and skills.

Essential Duties:
  • Designs and develops a variety of soft skills and technicaltraining curriculaand course outlines applying adult learning theory and accelerated learning techniques.
  • Delivers training ;facilitates exercises and activities; and lectures on subject matter. Coach participants and conduct debriefing sessions. Determines the level and type of classroom engagement with each participant and with each class. Identifies and coordinates contract training from outside the organization as needed.
  • Creates training materials including educational and experiential activities. Research and analyze best practices for trainings based on need.
  • CoordinatesLinkedIn Learningaccess for internal and external customers. Sends invites, monitors usage, communicates with supervisors.
  • Creates pre- and post-evaluation assessments ; designs metrics and tracks training and evaluations; adjusts training and materials as warranted. May track attendance related to performance of employees.
  • Conducts periodic assessment,researchtraining methods and technology, determines priorities and identifies subject matter needs.
  • Supports the coordination of needed training services team.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimal Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Management, Organizational BehaviorStudies, Teachingor related fieldand
  • 1 year of work-related experience.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
  • Proven facilitation skills (audience engagement)
  • Experience in online delivery/meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meets, Webex)
  • Knowledge of Adult Training methods/modalities
  • Ability to articulate clearly and effectively to varying levels of customerwithout judgement
  • Experience and comfort with public speaking
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Independent critical thinking and analysis
  • Demonstrating initiative, innovation, and resiliency
  • High attention to detail when proofreading/correcting written reports.
  • Intermediate level skills forMicrosoftOffice suite software
  • Accurately schedule a moderate volume of calendar items through MS Outlook
  • LinkedInLearning Coordination
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while navigating different technology and troubleshoot when necessary
  • Providing instructions in an easy-to-understand manner
