- Provides support for and monitors business activities, conducts economical analysis, and evaluates process efficiency.
- Tracks and reports the status and progress of the strategic business plan; coordinates budget transfers, revisions, or adjustments with resource management; trains, coaches, and assists organizational units in the budget process at the district/division/office level.
- Provides support in identifying and reporting of outcome measures, best practices, projected costs/savings and business problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Fleet Management or related field.
Special Working Conditions: - Substitution of experience for education may be considered.
- Wavier of minimum requirements may be considered.
- Full-time telework is not available.
Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication, organization, customer service, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Effective planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate with varying levels of leadership, and professional staff.
