What you’ll do: The SORTS Program is seeking a Support Care Professional to work with clients and be a valued member of the SORTS team. Our Support Care Professional will provide a variety of tasks that will include providing case management services, completing required documentation, assisting with therapeutic group and activities, supporting treatment teams, and assist clients as they progress through their recovery journey. An additional duty of this job includes administering Monarch and Limestone penile plethysmographs (PPGs) testing to clients. The individual that is hired for this position will be sent for additional training on how to complete this task before administering PPGs. They will play an active role in treatment including providing case management and group therapies to clients and coaching to direct care staff. They will participate in treatment team meetings to develop, review, and update treatment plans while evaluating progress toward return to the community.
What you’ll need for success in this position: A bachelor’s degree OR four or more years of relevant experience
- Satisfactory performance
- No written reprimands within the past 6 months and no other disciplinary action during the past 12 months (unacceptable conduct or above)
