This is a part-time (19 hour) position.
As a Career Coach for the Department of Corrections, your role would involve helping newly hired custody professionals navigate their career paths within the corrections system.
As a Career Coach, you will assist the Department of Corrections Staff with;

- Stay Informed
By providing personalized guidance, support, and resources, you can help Department of Corrections employees navigate their career paths, overcome challenges, and achieve professional goals within the corrections system.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Previous Experience with Missouri or Other Department of Corrections, or at a city, county, state, or federal correctional facility is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and ethical conduct
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
- Ability to be able to work a flexible schedule
