Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Director of University Housing performs duties under the general supervision and takes work lead direction from the Assistant Director for Residential Accounts and Financial Services works independently to maintain administrative and financial aspects of resident accounts, including resident advising on licensing, and financial matters related to housing debts and other SJSU debts when applicable. Job Summary The Enrollment Management Department at San Jose State University supports the academic mission of the University and collaboratively works with the campus and external community to enhance student success. SPECIALIZED SKILLS : Upon hire must possess and maintain BOC Certification in Athletic Training and be certified in CPR/AED (cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillation) for the Professional Rescuer and first aid.
