This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS).

- Participates in multiple phase projects providing technical expertise and guidance when needed.
- Provides technical expertise to successfully meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Maintains existing .NET desktop and web applications.
- Monitor and maintain interfaces including automated batch programs.
- Maintains workflows and pipelines in Azure DevOps environment.
- Identifies and resolves development issues with minimal assistance.
- Develop and maintain systems developed using Service Now,
- Develop and maintain APIs utilizing MuleSoft.
- Understanding of .NET using VB.Net and C#.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud resources.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps Pipelines and Workflows.
- Understanding of Oracle, MS SQL, My SQL databases.
- Ability to understand client's needs and technical requirements and implement solutions.
- Ability to identify and resolve development issues while responding to changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate well and work within a team.
- Additional experiences that would be nice to have include ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Rhapsody, and various AI.
